a special thanks to my colleague, luis herrera, for giving me the opportunity to take photos during this event, which was held at the house of blues on sunset boulevard. it was such a great pleasure to be a part of a very worthy cause.
the mission of women at risk is to provide emotional and educational services to women living with hiv/AIDS and their families, and to provide education outreach to the communities in which we live. they focus on the needs of hiv+women, the board of directors is comprised of a majority of positive women, and reflects the culturally diverse communities they serve.
